Introducing
the
New Hillside Inn
The Hillside Inn
of Ephraim, located in the historic district of the village
of Ephraim in picturesque Door County, will reopen in July of
2002. The Inn has been luxuriously renovated with careful attention
to preserving the original integrity and simplicity of this
white-painted landmark that has welcomed travelers to Door County
since the late 1800s.

Rooms at the Inn
are uniquely appointed and provide stunning views of Eagle harbor.
Guests can relax in the Inn’s comfortably furnished living
room or library, enjoy the warmth of the fire, or sit in a rocking
chair on our 100-foot long veranda and gaze at the spectacular
views and glorious sunsets for which Door County is famous.

Accommodations and Amenities
For more than a century
the Hillside Inn has offered gracious accommodations to its
guests. Under new ownership and management this hospitality
will continue with many special new amenities. The Inn now offers
five suites with fireplaces, sitting rooms with private balconies,
and elegant bathrooms. In addition the Inn features two cottages
with kitchens, sitting rooms with fireplaces and lovely porches.
The rooms are complete with climate control for your comfort,
television with DVD, computer hookups, and compact disc players.
Down comforters and fluffy terry cloth robes are furnished along
with fine sundries to enjoy in the bath. All accommodations
provide a great night’s sleep and the splendid delight
of waking up in beautiful and serene Door County. Our guests
will enjoy a delicious breakfast including freshly baked
muffins and breads, fresh juices, and Door County Coffee or
Tea delivered to the suites and cottages.

Activities
While visiting the
Hillside, take advantage of the many wonderful activities there
are to see and do in Door County. Enjoy water sports, fishing,
golf, biking, nature walks, theater, concerts, art galleries,
and shopping in the many delightful antique, clothing, and specialty
gift shops. Or you can just relax and spend a peaceful afternoon
on the veranda at the Hillside with a cup of tea. Arrange for
a special candlelight dinner in the Inn’s own dining room
or visit one of the many fine restaurants in Ephraim or nearby
villages. Whatever your pleasure, we will help you find it.
